REGISTRATION FOR THE KIDS FISHING DERBY IS FREE! Online registration closes May 1st.

The kids derby takes place from 8:30am – 10:30am behind the Riverdance parking lot, next to The LaSalle Landing (formerly Gil Maure park) boat launch. Prizes and lunch to follow.

I understand that by submitting this form I give permission as a parent or guardian of the child listed below to allow them to fish in the LaSalle Firefighters Associations Kids Fishing Derby. Organizers, sponsors, or volunteers will NOT be held accountable for any mishaps, personal items or injuries that may occur during the course of the fishing derby. I hereby, waive and release all other contestants, host sponsors, tournament officials, and volunteers from any and all liability claims. I assume full responsibility for the child listed in this registration form on the day of the fishing derby. The information submitted on this form will only be used by the LaSalle Firefighters Associations for registration and information purposes and will not be sold or released to any outside parties.
